Experiences & Success Stories

For the first time in the United Kingdom, May 2026 will see a 2 day event dedicated to Senior (only) HR & People Leaders that will deliver unforgettable experiences and meaningful business transformation.

Staged at Lord’s Cricket Ground, the world’s Home of Cricket becomes the Home of HR. This is the story of the Chief People/HR Officer transforming their ExCo Group.
25 qualified sponsors & partners (maximum) and 250 qualified and ticketed delegates (maximum) will meet to determine the future of our industry. Our format puts content and collaboration first to reveal the secrets behind the most successful projects in the UK. Our shared stories will detail how the function of HR & Talent is revolutionised at Board level, welded in HR tech: case study after case study in the conference and on the exhibitor screens will demonstrate how innovative vendors and practitioners worked together to successfully solve every challenge faced in today’s zeitgeist.
From roundtables to plenaries, from exhibitor networking to an unforgettable party on Evening 1, on the famous Centurion Roof Terrace of Lord’s, this is the most important two days in the industry calendar for 2026.

All of this, set against the backdrop of a County Championship match on Day 2!

The Industry Has Spoken

"It may seem like a conference, but it is more a true summit. A gathering of dedicated and hard-pressed professionals committed to tackling the challenges and possibilities for 2026. A summit with relevant, real and experience-based stories that make up the content and intelligence. Useful for an audience that's been needing an event like this for years. With enormous challenges and opportunities for reshaping not only the People Profession but work itself. With the calibre of senior professionals at this event, it presents a collective effort for a redefinition and deployment of impactful HR . I'm honoured to be a part of this event."

"Organised by a master of his craft who has taken on the best and rebelled against the worst of his industry, this is going to be truly special. Every seriously innovative vendor across the HR space should be fighting for their space within a capacity set permanently to guarantee the best possible value. I've never seen anything like the event tech, intelligence and consultation being deployed here. As a marketer though, what I'm really excited about is the incredible experiences that will be captured for brand association - Lord's, live sport in the background, wow!"

Cintriq is proud to be exhibiting, consulting and speaking at the first event of this precise format for the industry in the UK, ie. 300 senior peers gathering for unique experiences, seniority networking, case studies and a roof terrace party to boot! The focus on real crisis management and growth zones; the collaborative nature of the agenda (designed by our industry, not the organiser) and with secrets of meaningful organisational change, the doubtless unforgettable experiences we'll have at Lord's... this is intimate and urgent atthesametime. I believe in this and so should everyone.

I’m truly looking forward to May—this event promises a uniquely intimate setting, bringing together forward-thinking CPOs and HR and Talent Acquisition leaders. The thoughtful format and high-calibre delegates set the stage for impactful networking and meaningful conversations. I’m excited to exchange insights on cutting-edge hybrid AI/human solutions and gain fresh perspectives on the evolving future of HR and Talent. It’s a rare opportunity to make lasting connections and bring back substantial learnings to the media sector.

"Finally! You simply have to be at this one, above all others. We just don't get opportunities like this to have the content and experience elements put on a plate for us, including a filter for the best suppliers out there we can work with. Can't wait."

Vice President, HRIS & Total Rewards, Ericsson
