leading the changing world of events

The Leaders Summit for HR & People is a global series, organised by Double Centurion Events, beginning at Lord's Cricket Ground in May 2026. A capacity of 25 Sponsors & Partners in HR, L&D and Talent technologies, and a capacity Delegation set at 200 Senior Practitioners and C-suites of the discipline.

The purpose of these events is to:

1) Elevate & Empower the role of HR & Talent in the ExCo Group at a critical and fragile time.

2) Deliver unforgettable experiences and connections with business outcomes and prolonged data intelligence.

3) To overcome the sterility, waste and inflexibility currently defining the exhibitions landscape.

We do this in every detail of our organisation:

Content: our plenaries, panels and roundtables are driven by our progressive community, never dictated by an event-organiser. We are partnered and grow alongside the most influential HR authors, podcasters and speakers in our markets.

Sponsorship: our packages prioritise case studies revealing the secrets of the most successful partnerships in transforming the HR function, with a turnkey exhibit solution and intelligence beyond basic data scans. For real business and deep and lasting relationships, no 2-day event should have more than 25 exhibitors.

Transparency: our model for growth is repeat and geo-clone, not maximising sqm yield for only the organiser's benefit. Our delegation is capped at 200 so that everyone is a fully qualified decision-maker who can transform their ExCo Group as a consequence of the event, thereby delivering on our sponsor-customers' objectives.

Experience: every DCE (and LSHR) event puts emotion and fun at the heart of everything we do. We hold our events in illustrious, innovative venues (finally bringing you iconic sports, arts and architectural wonders), cater luxuriously for our whole community without exception, and leave them with the best industry white-paper content and memorabilia in swanky holdalls (not leaflets and sweets in granny's tote bag).

This is the only in-person event for HR leaders in the United Kingdom led by a person who has lived all three lives essential to any claims of credibility, in this otherwise opaque discipline:

1) Exhibition Director

2) Exhibitor

3) Delegate
